Key member of management team during the integration of the FCC and MPC production facilities into the new CMF organization: a commercial production facility with over 100 employees and an annual turn-over of around 100 million Euros.• Restructured the Technology Group (10 academic process and chemical engineers) to suit the modern demands on flexibility and cost-effectiveness.• Supervised the introduction of new products and technologies into the plant, including debottlenecking programs and various variable cost reduction plans. • Changed business processes to streamline communication with marketing and sales, to ensure commercial viability of the plant (including a total revamp of the specification system). Introduced the concept of ‘rainbow specs’: boundaries for production capabilities.• Introduced Six-Sigma excellence system based production methodologies, like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).• Responsible for negotiating and obtaining all relevant and new environmental plant permits. • Ad interim plant manager of the FCC plant, with full responsibility of the facility
