Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving and paying out money to ensure efficient functioning of department. Examines tellers’ reports of daily transactions for accuracy. Ensures supply of money for the branch based on legal requirements and business demand. May allow customers access to safe deposit boxes, following specified procedures. May monitor and review bank’s security procedures and control access to vault. Ensures supply of money for the ATMs and organizes the replenishment according to the procedures.

Execute all cash and non cash transactions in compliance with bank policies and procedures and ensure accuracy of documents and signatures, file all executed transactions supporting documents, create and amend Customer Information Files, other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, provide excellent customer service per the standards of the hotel, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction, assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development, responsible for the smooth operation of check-ins and check-outs, guest services, guest satisfaction and rectifying any issues that arise.

Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests
