My journey in the operations and program development industry spans over 13 years. I have cultivated a deep passion for delivering high-quality services and enhancing customer satisfaction and safety at the airport.My expertise lies in crafting and implementing strategic airport policies, ensuring top-tier security and safety standards, and driving commercial growth. I have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and public finance, which has been instrumental in navigating the aviation industry's complex regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders has always been a cornerstone of my approach.Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including completing the prestigious Global ICAO-ACI Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP) and earning multiple certificates in public finance, customer service, and airport operations.
