- Organizing and facilitating ANWB-wide portfolio management in the form of Annual Business Reviews (ABR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) (>100 teams involved) [2022]- Guiding IT department (40 teams) in transition to more Team Topologies based teams. - As part-time Scrum Master (1 day per week) of the MKT/Sales team of the start-up Shell TapUp helped out with Scrum structure and focus of the work to be done.- Let the team experience, what it is like to cooperate in a multi-disciplinairy team and learn from eachother in a daily basis- Enjoyed the energy and eagerness to learn of these young smart people.

As interim Agile lead of Eneco Customer IT, I am responsible for the development of the skills of the Agile Coaches and the structure in which they cooperate.

• Transforming iTV organization to 25 Agile Teams based on Spotify Model.• Leader/Coach of the 21 Scrum Masters and 3 Agile Coaches within iTV.• Scrum Master and member of the iTV leadership team.• Experimenting with and organizing of self-selection, a new way of selection and hiring colleagues and new ways of yearly appraisals.• Communicate about our Agile Transformation, organize Agile Safaris @iTV.

• Implementation of LEAN-Tools and effective control in the organization.• Coaching 5 a 6 Line Managers and teams per 4 -8 Months.• Facilitating hay days and strategy sessions.• Bringing customer to the table in the organization and customer-oriented work.

• Responsibility to develop a new approach to handlings customer calls and cases at the 1st line of the KPN Contact Center.• This new approach has been rolled out over 4 locations and 2500 employees.• As a forerunner program ‘Multi-Disciplinary team complex cases’ set up. Customers cases with > 10 calls solved, with an NPS of > +20.

• In collaboration with the operational department responsible for solving and learning from consumer complaints about fixed telephony, internet, and TV.• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and project successfully completed. Lead time of the complaint handling reduced from 60 to 20 days.

• P&L responsible for all card and pay phones in the Netherlands.

• Line manager of the department that manages contracts with Turn Key Contractors. Also change manager during this period, led the merger of 2 departments from 86 FTE to 60 FTE.

• Consultancy work for several clients.

• Various roles within large Roll-Out Project for GSM Network for Ben. (later T-Mobile)
