I am experienced in positions of management as well as in customer service as I have over 8 years of customer service/ sales combined. As a customer service representative, I have leadership training and I was tasked with training and supervising new hire employees during my tenure in the social media department. Upon increasing hours and commitment to my position I applied for a higher position and more responsibility. My duties as a transition supervisor include training new hire coaches in day-to-day operations as well as multiple administration tasks. I have currently trained four coaches and two of the representatives that have worked under me have been promoted to higher positions. I remain the main point of contact for my site including the project I co-lead on the weekends. I have experience shadowing and learning from previous operations managers and I continue to learn more from them.
