I was recently employed with International Educational Services, Inc., since February 2012; position held was finance manager for the company responsible for and in charge of a significant banking relationship. Existing accomplishments at the company included a successful search for and acquisition of a $20MM line of credit that was acquired for expansion and working capital purposes. With this capital the company was able to grow from $12MM/year in revenues to almost $80MM/ year. Other duties include assisting the CFO with the managing of the companies accounting and administration for the execution and preparation of the monthly financial statement and preparation of the monthly financial analysis report for presentation to the CEO and board of directors. Employed with Capital One Bank; title held was Vice President for the Commercial Lending Middle Market Department. Duties include business development and management of a $65MM commercial loan portfolio and a $25MM deposit portfolio. Other duties included coordinating with a four staff group which includes two administrative assistants and two underwriters that assist in the day to day servicing of the customer’s needs pertaining to the portfolio. Also included in duties are analyzing the financial status of a prospect for credit and lending purposes. These analyses are then presented to upper management for approval and consist of analyzing management, industry and competitive position, financial condition and structure, collateral, and personal guarantees. Accomplishments at Capital One:• April, 2007 – began working as middle market commercial lender and quickly booked $20MM in loans within the first year.• March, 2009- Awarded top sales shingle award from bank for production success and successfully managed a $30MM loan portfolio and $10MM deposit portfolio. • April 2010 – Promoted to Commercial Lending manager for the Rio Grande Valley and successfully managed a $45MM loan portfolio and $20MM deposit portfolio. • Successfully managed a $65MM loan portfolio and $25MM deposit portfolio which deals with public and private entities and mainly tied to commercial and industrial lending pertaining to the financing of accounts receivables, inventory, equipment, and owner occupied real estate.

Primary duties included underwriting and business development to increase portfolio size with focus on production, lateral duties included the servicing of my portfolio by performing collections, modifications, and workouts to prevent losses to the bank.

Title held was Assistant Vice President for Commercial Lending and consisted of managing a $12,000,000.00 commercial loan portfolio with an average of 250 clients. Accomplishments at IBC:• November, 2000 – began working as installment loan analyst at the IBC credit department• March, 2001- Promoted to commercial loan analyst auditing commercial loans implementing governmental and bank policy compliance to clear exceptions found. • January 2002 – Promoted to Loan Review Officer of the bank, successfully managed a $250MM commercial loan portfolio achieving loan review penetration goals of 65%. Duties performed included financial analysis on existing customers with commercial loans, consisting of analysis on balance sheets and income statements, preparing cash flows, ratios pertaining to accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory turnover, sales to receivables, cost of sales to accounts payable, including Mexican financial statements for Mexican commercial entities, also included were working capital estimates, leverage and profitability ratios, preparing loan documentation reviews, and all attachments included for the loan review report presentation to the Board of Directors.• Successfully prepared commercial loan request presentations ranging from $1MM to $10MM to the board of directors with a 97% approval rating averaging $5MM per month.• Also managed the loss mitigation department with a staff of four people which included collections, real estate owned, and foreclosure department.• As Loan Review Officer also assisted the credit manager in managing a staff of approximately twenty people in the credit department.• April 2004 – Promoted to Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending.
