In partnership with Lolë Art Directors, Marketing and Communications Coordinators:• Understand and apply the Lolë Branding.• Perform the editing and production of creative advertising concepts and of various designs (web and traditional) following the given artistic directions.• Adapt various advertising concepts and materials.• Ensure that graphics brand standards are met and the creative rendered effective and attractive.• Provide retouching and image processing.• Prepare files for web programming or print.• Ensure to comply with the required quality and production deadlines and delivery.

Responsibilities performed in collaboration with (and not limited to) the Marketing, Merchandising, Product Knowledge and Retail teams as well as external support:• Create and use CMS to manage all website visuals for Bench.ca and Bench-USA.com.• Design of promotional assets including social media posts, micro site visuals, and web ads.• Design, coding and deployment of electronic newsletters (e-blasts).• Collect stat reports for e-newsletter deployments.• Email database management and maintenance.• Production of other related graphics including print outs and videos.• Archiving all assets.• Provide graphic support for other brands such as Scotch & Soda, Garcia, and SuperTrash.All of this while making sure that assets are consistent with the brand's visual guidelines and produced within the allotted time frame.

• Take creative directions and apply to images in order to achieve the best possible result for final web images such as:-Front-line banners for the various sale events-Affiliate banners/promos-Item and banner photos• In partnership with the photography, content, merchandising, and marketing departments as well as with internal clients to assure the coordination and the production of high volume of images under very tight deadlines.• Create and assemble the bi-daily emails sent out to promote various online shopping events.• Work on internal projects such as blog visuals and various printed designs.• Website content management• Provide troubleshooting/technical graphics support for internal clients.

Design and realization of brochures, posters, packaging, leaflets, annual reports, invitation cards, forms and other types of printed media for different clients. Collaboration in branding, web design, and photo retouch mandates as well as in various company publicity promotions in print, web and video.
