Working closely with the DTSS Executive of Information Strategy, DTSS Technology resources, key business stakeholders, and outsourcing partners, I managed the design and implementation of an enterprise wide Operational Reporting solution, involving HANA and other data base solutions like Cloudera Hadoop. Developed the overall end-to-end project plan, facilitate the execution of the plan, generate weekly status reports, and manage the risks, issues, and dependencies of the project. Define and established the change strategy, communications and engagement plan.Managed complex technical software build project (complex in terms of the number of stakeholders, vendors and architecture- net new data flow and components, with a budget of $16 million). Managed multiple tracks - prioritization, planning and task delegation for each, understand dependencies across tracks and sequencing. I was responsible for project communications to include status reporting, escalations, and project communication plans. I maintained the Project Sponsor and Stakeholder relationships and provide project team leadership. I facilitated meetings and processes, adhering to the project management framework. Project management responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, issues, and risks. In addition, I oversee the timely completion of related data governance requests, work requests, change requests and release schedules required to support the transition. I reported into the Executive Director of Information Strategy overseeing the SAP Modernization effort.

Visual Management infrastructure solution for Airbus North America. Assist the CIO of Airbus North America to develop a Tableau and BOE Visual Management /Business Intelligence Solution for all the different companies under the Airbus umbrella (16). Run workshop with key stakeholders and ICT members to better understand the company’s needs. Created a proposal that included addressing the risk mitigation strategy and change management across the organization, including a robust change plan, communication plan, engagement plan and associated set of materials.To support the Head of Business Applications to conduct a comprehensive study of Tableau BI / Analytics Reporting needs and propose a common solution for Airbus North American self-service dashboards and reporting. Capture and document specific Tableau BI and Visual Reporting requirements, identify and analyze best practice solutions and propose an overall common solution including the preparation of 2-3 pilot cases from the identified requirements. The study has call for a deep understanding of Visual Reporting methods and tools as well as the ability to quickly ramp up on existing solutions and related initiatives inside Airbus. Supervised the centralization of the change management control for data analytics segment of operations.Define and established the stakeholder change strategy, communications and engagement plan. Established a measuring system to track the progress of the change across the organization.

Recruit and Architect the entire technical solution to get the company started Introduced and managed technology capabilities and processes that facilitate information exchange, expedite business response to the changing market conditions and ensure compliance with IS standards. • Responsible for the management, maintenance, evolution, services and products of VMU’s data warehouse and other data sources like Siebel, JDE and BEA (our internal Brain Engine). Ensure optimal management of opportunities and risks in the development and maintenance of the enterprise data sources. The team comprises Directors, Managers, DBAs, Developer’s & Analysts.• Responsible for the collection of operational metrics and the direct application of the learning gleaned from them. We use the metrics to develop detailed budgets and capacity forecasting tools and facilitate the understanding of the business objectives. • Critical to this role is an ongoing responsibility for database auditing (which includes many terabytes of our billing & subscriber usage), as well as reporting (Oracle, SAS, etc.), and also that we are Sarbanes Oxley compliant.• Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of the data warehouse deliverables; develop project/risk management plans, resource staffing plans, budgets and documentation consistent with VMU standards and industry best practices. • Managed the team that scoped and prioritized projects, and the requirements among competing business interests. Managed the Business Intelligence team composed of 17 people and 6 offshore developers. Responsible for the Business Solution Architects, ETL Developers (Informatica/BODI), the Enterprise Data Warehouse team, and presentation tools (Business Objects, Crystal and SAS) Developers and Architects.• Managed the entire enterprise reporting environment for the bank. Partnered with the different Lines of Business’ to bring Information solution to life. Implemented over 17,000 ETL jobs to aid with the enterprise wide integration of data. Managed the BI/DW team for Business Objects/Hyperion Essbase/SAS/Informatica development and support a 20 people team. Responsible for managing all interaction with the vendors and negotiate contracts for the different tools.• Program Manager for the design, build and deployment of a Business Objects Dashboard environment to support the Apparel Division supporting 3,000 users. The application produces circumstance-based, management alerts highlighting at store / sku level conditions of key item under-supply or over-supply. This projects impacted a $93 Million dollar opportunity for the past spring season saving the company Over $17.5 Million dollars on a $350 thousand dollar investment.• Developed and implemented a comprehensive reporting/business intelligence strategy encompassing vision, future growth, tool selection, implementation and standardization.• Developed Business Intelligence program for Sears-Kmart integration this program encompassed best practices from within each company. Center of Excellence (CoE) setup for report development, database design, ETL processes, Dashboard and Performance management application design, resource management, planning and budgeting activities• Created an enterprise migration plan of 14 different environments of Business Objects into a single software version and hardware platform (BO 6.5.1 and Unix AIX) • Designed and implemented a new enterprise development, QA and production environment for Crystal enterprise and Business Objects. • Consulted on the redesign of the enterprise data model. The newly created data model was produce to provide enterprise analytics for Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and Sales. • Spent 18 months leading the design, development and implementation of a new executive dashboard using Business Objects Application Foundation and Business Objects Analytical Modules used on a daily basis by the executives to reviews important Key Performance Indicators for their business. Lead the business requirement gathering for the executive dashboard and business analytics construction, interacting directly with the Executive Committee.• All the financial information for the executive dashboard was extracted from SAP BW, Marketing data was rendered form IRI and the enterprise data warehouse, the supply chain data came from SAP BW and Legacy system and the HR data was supply by PeopleSoft. • Generated custom analytic to assess the company’s market spend and P&L at the store level ~1,000,000 stores. • Developed and implemented a Global Information Strategy for Brown & Williamson Tobacco and holding company British American Tobacco (largest tobacco company in world). The information delivery strategies afford British American Tobacco; collect financial planning and sales information from 187 countries. The information was stored into an Operational Data Store and the passed to the Enterprise Data Warehouse in London to produce Analytics, Ad-Hoc analysis and Dashboards for 500 executives across the world, including the managing directors.• Developed a vision for the expansion of the executive dashboard and business analytics for B&W and BAT after the initial rollout of the project above. • Developed and implemented and offline reporting solution for the sales organization with weekly updates utilizing central data from the data warehouse, allowing 1500 sales reps identify unique opportunities as they visit each store,
