Responsibilities:- HMA (High Mileage Accumulation) program Leadership and Management. - Planning, execution, test method, mission/driving profile analysis, route definition, H2/Energy consumption, root causing, troubleshooting, off-site testing such as hot weather, cold weather, prewinter, high altitude, high humidity environment and more costumer scenarios. - General Vehicle testing such as vehicle function validations, component validations, FMVSS/ECE regulations, OTA software releases, ADAS features on Battery EV and Fuel Cell EV Class 8 Trucks. - DFMEA./ DVP&R. - Full Vehicle Performance data Analytics leadership and coordination. - Part maturity, engineering major/minor changes tracking throughout vehicle timeline. - Functional Safety testing, CAN Fault Injection through IG block on CANalyzer and physical fault injection through break out box on several ECUs such as VCM, BCM, TMM, FCPM, AEBS, EHPS, EPB, etc. for BEV and FCEV programs. - Teamwork with different areas such as Integration, Software, Controls, Propulsion, Manufacturing, 3rd party companies. - Vehicle Instrumentation and data acquisition CANalyzer, SOMAT, VBOX and manual inputs. - Issues reporting, validation requests, general usage through several software environment like JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Teams, Google documents, PowerBI and Microsoft documents.

- Plan and perform several vehicle tests including stability/brakes performance, abnormal noise and ride and comfort on the Nissan test track.- Experience with tests in AZ, NTCNA test track with regulation/witness tests. - Knowledges and execution experience about ABS, VDC, TPMS, meter, steering gear regulations tests (UN/ECE R13H, UN/ECE R140, UN/ECE R141, UN/ECE R39, UN/ECE R79).- Training to new hires about chassis dynamics testing.- High driving experience as test in MEX and USA.- Driving training leader for NMEX with maximum driving rank (validated by NTCNA). - CAMIC leader (CAlibration Measurement Instruments Control) for planning, negotiation, general management for 7 tests teams).- CAMIC certified globally.- Knowledges with testing under Latin NCAP protocol and Media test methods.- Master trainer/specialist on Electrical components analysis.- Vehicular quality assurance.- Root causing / vehicular phenomena researching.

- Certification as Master Trainer in the advance skill of analysis of electrical components.- Evaluation, following and analysis of differents qualities issues.- Report and presentation of results.- Feedback to process.- Training to new personal.- Titular in audit of automotive electrical system and audit in system OBD (On Board Diagnistic) in plant.- Static torque confirmation in plant.- QVCC evaluation (Quality Variation Characteristic Control).- Several dinamics evaluations as road force variation, imbalance, steering wheel alignment, pull to one side on test track- Wheel alignment analysis. - Basic knowledge of Fit&Finish.- Confirmation/analysis of water lake (Samidare, negative preassure, splash)- Assembly and disassembly of automotive parts (trim&chasis)- Working in conjunction with different areas such as manufacturing, maintenance, quality assurance in plant, R&D.- General vehicle meassurement + minimum turning radius, horn noise, vehicle mass meassurement.- Wind noise on test track.- Exhaust/motor noise test.- Head lamps alignment master.- Quality confirmation of equipment calibration on inspection line.
