Manage the Californians for All Youth Job Corps Grant for the City of Riverside.

• Managed and supervised a team of 3 full-time program coordinators as well as student volunteers and interns. • Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating senior programming to support approximately 1000 students complete the college and financial aid application process, make financially wise college decisions, and support their transition to college through personal development workshops. • Led development of specialized programming to prepare seniors attending Community College, support seniors applying to selective private colleges, and personal development workshops for seniors to smoothly transition to college. • Led monthly youth development workshops to train student leaders in team building strategies related to conflict resolution, active listening, peer-to-peer management, leadership, networking, mental health, and stress management. • Planned, led and executed College Decision days for graduating seniors at each school to announce their college decisions in front of their underclassmen peers. • Maintained relationships with partner high schools, colleges, and community partners to leverage resources and opportunities to best support students achieve their goals. • Balanced a $20,000 annual Senior Program budget
