Condensed consumer pain points, customer requirements, and industry insights to build an innovative career-mentoring marketplace where professionals could purchase time with other professionals to receive valuable career advice.Spearheaded a diverse range of responsibilities, including idea validation, business planning, customer interviews, product design, created compelling pitch decks, strategized go-to-market (GTM) approaches, and orchestrated marketing efforts.Helped hundreds of students (high school, college, bootcamps, and diverse groups like One Refugee) get career advice from professionals working at top companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft and more.Due to our team’s inability to work full time on Peervuu, we were unable to meet customer needs quickly and attain the growth we needed to get funding. However, I gained many new entrepreneurial insights that will make me a better Product Manager and leader.

Though most of my time with Travelpass was as a consultant, I hired, managed, and developed a team of 15 talented individuals (Designers and PMs) and we worked on 5 zero to one products (3 web apps and 2 native apps), improving conversions of two flagship OTAs, and creating new innovative features such as an AI driven Trip Planning tool.

Hired, managed and developed a team of 10 talented PMs and Designers at an awesome fintech/payments company. Our team collaborated with cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, researchers, legal, sales) to drive product vision and define requirements for 3 new product offerings.

Lead the Customer Platform team, which oversees the direct to consumer strategy, web and mobile customer-facing apps, customer support apps, all customer communications, and the product research team.

Develop, empower and assist an excellent group of product managers to succeed in their objectives, while continuing to manage the Progressive Leasing MyAccount web and mobile apps. Together we create incredible apps not only for our customers but also for our employees in the operations, marketing, and sales departments.

Led the product strategy of Progressive Leasing's MyAccount web and mobile apps (iOS and Android), which help customers manage their lease. On MyAccount customers can apply for a lease, make payments, add payment methods, set up payment schedules, edit their profile and more.

Led the development and monetization strategy of Lucidchart iOS and Android apps. Introduced recurring subscriptions, which significantly increased conversion rates and added collaborative features (commenting, request license, etc.) in an effort to grow enterprise and team accounts. Led a complete app redesign of the Lucidchart web app (core experience and user interface), which had significant increase in our KPI’s and lots of praise from our current users. Introduced many new features including Presentation Mode, Commenting, and Notifications. Won a company wide hackathon by pitching, designing and building Feature Find, a feature that made it easy for users to discover Lucidchart's basic and advanced features, significantly improving conversion, retention, and engagement.

Manage internal, global HR Competitive Intelligence (HRCI) site, including process and site enhancements. One of the PM's responsible for defining use cases and features, ensuring dev and design collaboration, testing, and marketing of the new Promotions Web App to be used by Microsoft managers/leaders worldwide. Design and develop of new standardized reporting for specific audience groups within the global HR organization (i.e. Chief People Officer, HR Leadership, Staffing, Compensation).

Led team of four to redesign New Manager Onboarding program for the Services Org. Supported Sr. Directors, ensuring the successful delivery of HR Programs such as employee relations, performance management, and employee/manager development.

Consulted managers and leaders in the Corporate R&D Division on Talent Management, Manager and Employee Excellence, and High-Potential Development.

Analyzed 2200+ employee responses, identifying and documenting development needs for entire Finance Division, including all company businesses and international areas. Coordinated 2 learning & development conferences that continue to benefit 1000+ finance employees world-wide.

Designed performance management solutions for over 30 departments. Developed managerial online & classroom trainings for over 3,000 managers worldwide. Coordinated marketing human resource product campaigns—produced posters, commercials, and websites.

Researched and developed managerial trainings for over 100 IT managers. Created IT department training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, videos, manuals, ads, and handouts.

Managed the website development of all of the company's clients. Handled all customer satisfaction issues. Created training materials and trained staff in various departments.
