Ensuring TR strategy alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.• Optimizing Workday’s Core and Advance Compensation module. Including complex configuration, system enhancements, security, and integrations with external HR systems.• Leveraging advanced data analytics within Workday to generate detailed reports, dashboards, and reliable data insights.• Designing and overseeing sophisticated variable compensation programs, such as short-term incentives, sales incentives, and executive compensation plans.• Developing and implementing effective communication strategies and training programs for Compensation Workday tools.• Leading compensation integrations for global mergers & acquisitions. Including job profile benchmarking, incentive plans, business processes, compensation grades, & Workday implementations. • Contributing to the organizational strategy by aligning compensation plans with benefits & career development initiatives.• Staying current with advancements in Workday and compensation management technologies. Recommending and implementing new tools and practices to enhance continuous improvement compensation strategies across all business units.• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the organizations Workday Compensation module to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and streamlining the user experience.• Leading multiple cross-functional project teams in executing compensation-related initiatives.• Mentoring and developing HR analysts by fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
