▣ Teach theory and practice of modules on Soil Fertility, Plant Nutrition, Industrial Crops (Sugarcane, Cotton, Rice, Tobacco), Field Crops (Cereals, Oilseeds, Legumes and Tuberoses), and Planning and Implementing Integrated Management of Pests, Diseases and Weeds course for around 75 students;▣ Supervise final year students in the preparation of course culmination projects;

▣ Managed approximately 400 workers, including Supervisors, Foremen and agricultural workers, and reported to the Crop Production Manager in coordinating administrative and sugarcane production activities in an area of 1200 hectares, including harvesting, soil preparation, planting and replanting, irrigation and drainage, application of fertilizers and herbicides, weeding, pest and disease control, and dry off, ensuring compliance with quantity and quality standards, deadlines and budget;▣ Increased production and productivity in the area from 50 tons per hectare to 80 tons per hectare;▣ Reduced work accidents through the involvement of workers in preventing and mitigating the risks of work accidents, achieving the highest score in work safety;▣ Improved planning, monitoring, and implemented accountability and control strategies, reducing total costs by around 2 million meticais.

▣ Supervised more than 200 workers and reported to the Farm Manager in carrying out agricultural operations in an area of 800 hectares, ensuring compliance with targets, quality and health and safety standards;▣ Improved agricultural operations, resulting in an increase in production from 60 tons per hectare to 62 tons per hectare, and a cost reduction of more than 1 million meticais;▣ Conducted regular meetings with foremen and general staff to discuss and understand work progress, assess potential obstacles, and take steps to increase production and productivity;▣ Ensured the proper functioning of collection, irrigation and drainage pumps, and the accuracy and updating of worker records.
