I was responsible for the MM-PUR roll-out implementations in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and Brazil, with data and business processes harmonization on basis of one global SAP template, including the Latin America countries Fiscal Localization.

I worked in the merge process of the companies SADIA and PERDIGAO, developing the new template with the best practices of both companies. I worked in the areas: purchasing to pay, invoice verification, inventory management and transportation.

I implemented the MM Brazilian Localization for NF-e, according to the global template.

I worked in the Purchase to pay assessment and gap analyses, to upgrade from SAP 4.7 to ECC.6 version, according to the global template.

In the Brazilian roll-out for the Energy division, I was responsible for the MM, WM, Purchase to Pay and Brazilian Localization with NF-e implementation,

In the Merck Global SAP Tempo-Project, I was responsible for the roll-out implementations in Colombia and Ecuador, focussing on data and business processes harmonization on basis of one global SAP template. I provided and ensured governance and best practice approaches via a network of global and regional experts. I leaded and provided business staff for a successful implementation. I was also responsible for the MM, WM and PUR data conversion.

In the Givaudan global Outlook SAP project, I was responsible for the implementation of MM-PUR and LE-Transportation modules, in Switzerland, Germany and France implementation.

Responsible for the Warehouse Management implementations with the related integration with other SAP modules (PP-PI, IM and SD), and External system WMS. I was responsible for the WM implementation in Switzerland, Germany and UK.

In the BMS global SAP 4.6C system roll-out for Mexico, I was the project leader for Purchasing, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management implementations, as well as related master data conversion.

In the SAP 4.7 implementation, I was responsible for the Brazilian Localization, related to the Purchasing to Pay, Inventory Management processes.

I was responsible for Inventory Management and Warehouse Management implementation for the Frankfurt plant.

I was responsible to implement the global template for Procurement to Pay, Inventory Management for the South American rollout. I was also responsible to provide the training materials.

I was responsible to implement Material Valuation processes for South America. I was also responsible to provide training materials.

My role was to define and implement SAP IM/WM business process and the interfaces between SAP and Catalyst WMS-Extended Warehouse Management.

I was the leader of the MM/PUR/WM team in global roll-out implementation. I participated in the following global project implementation: Renault, Atlas-Shindler, Celestica and Camargo Correa Cement and Miming.

I implemented integrated systems such: COPICS, SISDOC and SISCOMEX (Brazilian Software to control foreign trade documentation flow), and the SAP R/3 implementation.
