Data Domain (DDUP) is the leading provider of deduplicated storage systems, backed by Greylock Partners, New Enterprise Associates and Sutter Hill Ventures. Responsible for expanding the Data Domain product line from its core backup use case into nearline and archiving. Drove development and marketing of DD Archiver (now DD Extended Retention), the first long-term retention system for backup and archive data, from concept thru development and past $10M/qtr.
