I started my own business when I was 15 years old, selling snacks and desserts to my teachers and classmates at school. I got great satisfaction from meeting the needs of my customers and earning my own money over the course of 8 years, which I invested in stocks. These funds later paid for 10% of my tuition of my Masters program in Boston.I studied International Business for both my BS and MS degrees because I see the economy as globalized, and I enjoyed learning about new cultures. I grew in Peru but worked throughout Latin America, first selling educational software and then advising students for various Masters programs while encouraging them to enroll at a university in Spain. My supervisors and work colleagues told me that I was an excellent public speaker, always took responsibility for projects and was skilled at persuasion.In my projects at Hult, my teammates said my leadership style helped the group achieve the objective and I usually represented the group during the final presentation to the class.
