Provide high quality therapeutic care and manage the needs of a caseload with a broad range of mental health concerns including but not limited to dual diagnosis. Facility group therapy sessions ranging between 2 to 3 hours long. Create, maintain, and improve a therapeutic psychoeducational curriculum. Develop and maintain the schedule for the Medical Doctor and act as their liaison, meeting their needs including troubleshooting their EMR portal and ensuring the clients receive the medications prescribed. Troubleshoot the office technical issues and cooperate with IT to ensure all the systems are running as efficiently as possible. Proofread and modify the client handbook. Assist the Clinical Director with his needs. Complete psychological assessments for current clients and new clients. Complete concurrent reviews with different insurance providers ensuring coverage for clients. Complete chart audits and ensure all clinical charts are up to standard. Facilitate a higher level of care transfer when needed. Build and maintain site accounts with local business as needed. Review and complete documentation for FMLA for the current clients of the facility. Build workflow for the facility and implement them when possible. Provide telehealth services to clients when in person services were unavailable.

Shift Supervisor for the weekend overnight shift. Ensure client tracking systems are up to date and accurate, including but not limited to adding and removing clients from the facilities system, in addition to assigning counselors to clients. Ensure facility curriculum is followed by clinical staff. Overwatch the partnership between the different departments of the facility in order to make sure the facility runs smoothly. Observe the safe distribution of medicines, including but not limited to MAT. Ensure the safety of the community members and staff. Research, develop, and implement clinically relevant group topics. Provide structured supervision to staff that will bolster professional development. Conduct weekly chart audits to report to upper management. Develop and implement in house training for staff. Develop and implement specialized group curriculum
