• Ensure APQP activities and documentation is developed and updated, as required: PFMEAs, Control Plan, Flow process, Floor Layouts, etc.• Perform capacity analysis working with program manager and plant team for presses, Laser cells, CMM and equipment to determine if bank builds/outside support is required.• Create plant launch timeline capturing activities starting at job award leading to arrival of equipment, home line tryout, PPAP trough SOP.• Manage and coordinate all engineering changes for the plant.• Coordinate the preparation and submission of PPAP documents.• Ensure all critical launch dates and timing issues are met. • Assist with execution and liming of pre-production builds• Participate in technical reviews and report any possible issue to plant and corporate.• BOM set up is updated on time into ERP according to last engineering changes.• Ensure all productive material is available for tryouts and pre-productions builds.• Ensure all customer requirements are met such as: IMDS activities.• Ensure spare parts are available at MRO prior SOP.• Perform tool verification with supporting documentation into eSupplier and follow up with Chrysler SCIE.• Coordinate Engineering changes prior SOP.• Prepare complete package for tools collection, PPAP, CQMS, Tool verification & TPO approved.• Recovery on old engineering changes.• Technical Cost Reduction implementation on Chrysler System.• Gestamp Management System Key user. • Chrysler SQA attention at plant and reviews with dimensional team at TAP.• Tools administration matrix developed according to CN´s since Job 1.• Chrysler Penta SAP plant leader integration.
