SIGINT Terminal Guidance SME. Developed a program of instruction (POI) for training SOT-A members the tactics, techniques and procedures for collecting and exploiting sophisticated signals using specified non-TO&E equipment issued to the SIGINT/EW collection teams assigned to the Special Forces Groups. Travel to various special operations forces unit locations to conduct training to SIGINT/EW collection team members (Army and Navy) on the tactics, techniques and procedures for collecting and exploiting sophisticated signals using specified non-TO&E equipment issued to the Special Forces Groups. Assisted in the development of SIGINT/EW-specific proficiency standards that may be used as a component of a certification program for the SOT-A members. Possess a thorough working knowledge of the communications environment, to include radio wave propagation, basic antenna theory, and communication theory, signal modulation, multiplexing theory, and recording. Possess a thorough working knowledge of sophisticated communications modes, to include digital communications, cellular, fax and modems, a thorough working knowledge on the operation and employment of various COTS/GOTS SIGINT/EW collection and exploitation systems, to include the DRT-1101A/1301B,/1501 MINI-EXPIATION, HIDRAH, LOGGERHEAD, Harris Suite (STINGRAY, KINGFISH, BLACKFIN,GOSSAMER), AR-8200, Explorer/Scout, and the PRD-13v2/ISSMS.

Subject matter expert on the training requirements for existing and future Aerial Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (AISR) systems. Assist in the creation and annual revision of the Systems Training Plan (STRAP) for Aerial Common Sensor (ACS) and GUARDRAIL Common Sensor (GRCS) platforms. Oversee and certify the training upgrades to the GRCS to ensure the Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) requirements are met. Perform Verification & Validation of Technical Manuals for AISR systems. Ensure training requirements are completed prior to testing of new AISR equipment as part of the DOD acquisition process. Represent the United States Army Intelligence Center (New Systems Training and Integration Office (NSTIO) interests in the Integrated Product Teams, Technical Interchange, and other meetings for GRCS and ACS. Assist the Aerial Sensors Capabilities Manager with the training requirements for ACS and GRCS. Revise all training-related documentation (i.e. lesson plans. programs of instruction, training devices and simulations, etc.) for the acquisition of the Aerial ISR systems. Support other IBOS MTTs and to assist the Training Developers/Instructors working within the New Systems Training and Integration Office.

Coordinating agreement implementation/enforcement with law enforcement agencies, combined military forces, contractors, and liaison officer teams. Operating communication security devices and associated equipment. Implementing communication security, operational security, and physical security policies and procedures. In-depth familiarity with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) equipment operation, and with command and control procedures and operations. Preparing written and oral reports for publication in English and Spanish. Participating in special projects or other activities as assigned.
