Thanks for stopping by!The TL;DR:I create awesome content for brands that care about their customers.The Longer Version:I make content so actionable and personalized that it reads like insights from a trusted advisor, rather than a ChatGPT summary of the front page of Google. The type of content that makes customers start thinking of a brand as an expert, rather than just another company.How do I do that?I combine the knowledge of a company's internal experts, industry experts & real customer feedback to make one-of-a-kind, multi-media content pieces. That's blogs, long-form videos, short-form videos, interactive calculators, cheat-sheet downloads, infographics, and even audio recordings. (I do voice-over on the side)I currently do this for Big Dog Solar. I run their emails, blog, and social media accounts with just a few interns. It's a work in progress, but if you look at some of the latest blog posts you can get a glimpse of what I'm trying to make.I'm currently in school, working as a content manager and I have two years of experience in the field. I'm looking for the next opportunity when I graduate in a year.There are two you should know though:1. If your company doesn't like listening to customers we can't work together. My methods won't work if you are the type of company that ignores bad reviews and downplays bad customer experience.2. I have a strong vision, but I'm not a leader (yet). I don't want to be the only marketer for a small company. I want to be part of a marketing team of at least 3-5 marketers, if not more.I know I've got a lot to learn, as I'm still in college. I'm making the most of it by working in the field while still in school.
