As a Senior Designer, I was responsible for leading my design team and developing digital and print advertising campaigns. I also created packaging designs and managed social media campaigns. My role involved collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing effective visual solutions that aligned with their branding and marketing strategies. In addition, I managed a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all projects were completed on time and to a high standard.
