Sustainable and organic coffee projects development for international roasters to provide specialty coffee under organic seals (OCIA-IFOAM, IMO Control, Naturland, etc.) as well as technical and commercial consultancy to access private standards (C.A.F.E. Practices Starbucks, Utz Kapeh, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade, Nespresso, Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center Shade Grown Coffee, etc.), and in field consultancy to fulfill organic standards, programs and regulations (NOP - National Organic Program, JAS - Japanese Agricultural Standards - EEC 2092/91).

Coffee buyer (NYBOT/LIFFE). Quality control, cupping and blending, handling, processing (HACCP) and special recipe management. Cup quality control for exportation, roasting and local brand development, domestic and exportation logistics.
