Area of Security and Fraud Prevention for Business.Responsible for the Team of Exploitation and Data Analysis (Data mining) for the management decision making; with 4 people under supervision and reporting to the Manager of Prevention and Information Management.• Responsible for the identification of suspicious fraud forms, this work was subjective (researcher's experience), in a joint work a model based on probabilities was developed, which allowed to identify more cases in less time and with similar effectiveness, 35%.• Design and implementation of the methodology for forecasting the different types and levels of fraud in the medium and short term, allowing a better use of human and technological resources, aimed at controlling the types of fraud in a growing trend.• Responsible for the construction of different databases for the area together with new access to information tables in the Data Warehouse DWH of the bank (Datamart Fraud Project); the times of data collection in internal fraud investigations were reduced by up to 60%.

Area of Security and Fraud Prevention for Business.Responsible for the generation of indicators, statistical reports, projections, fraud identification rules and sampling designs. Reporting to Deputy Manager in Analysis and Strategy.• Leader of the random sampling process, allowed to reduce the time of analysis in massive cases of fraud (up to 60%), basing the investigation and conclusions in fewer cases (a representative sample).• Introduction of the "decision trees" technique, contributing to the construction of more rules for identifying possible cases of fraud with an average effectiveness of 15%.

Retail Banking Division - Business Intelligence.With tasks to measure campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation and construction of "Data Mining Models" for product offerings. Reporting directly to the Deputy Manager of Commercial Intelligence.• Development of a product offering model that allowed customers to offer product groups according to a segmentation profile.
