Project : Various Projects in Oil and Gas Construction in Singapore.Duties and Responsibilities: (To supervise the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements.) Responsible for all of QA/QC Civil and structural related activities. To lead the team of QC Civil Inspectors for monitoring the on-going daily construction activities. Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs. Prepare procedures and ITPs. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors. Coordinate with the Client and Third party representatives on all quality matters and site inspections. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the sub contractors and vendors on site. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the QC Inspectors. Coordinate all non destructive test on site Coordinate with civil testing agencies and batching plants for in tine delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection and testing.
