I served as President of the New Ebbitt Networking Team chapter. My primary role was to provide leadership and drive the chapter in line with the vision and goals of the chapter. One of my most important tasks was to set the tone of the weekly meeting. Outside of running the weekly meeting, I ensured that the leadership team members carried out their roles efficiently, in a fair and transparent manner. I was Vice President of the New Ebbitt Networking Team. My role was to report in a positive fashion weekly on the groups progress towards its goals. To be able to accurately report this progress I recorded accurate data and encouraged the group to record their activity. I was also responsible for chairing the Membership Committee who process member applications, run the renewal process for existing members and apply the BNI policies to any member concerns that may crop up from time to time.

Submitted court complaints in federal district court under Title VII. Assisted lead attorney with drafting successful oppositions to summary judgment motions in the EEOC and federal district court.
