As Creative Director I had the opportunity to lead the creative team in launching response campaigns as well as establish and further build consumer facing brands. Creative directing went hand in hand with executing and producing the work at RBG Advertising. The emphasis on building and migrating branded sites to mobile-friendly and responsive sites led to a full exploration and execution for digital advertising campaigns as well as email campaigns. Successfully launched seasonal campaign yielding high consumer opt-in registrations and lower cost per registrations and appointment. An acute focus on neuro-scientific approaches and principles were cultivated and stressed to produce much of the work. As director the role included managing the creative department time and resources while maintaing budget parameters as well as managing external resources. As a senior art director at Rauxa, my role led me to lead the San Francisco creative execution across several project types. Lead integrated direct online and offline marketing campaigns.
