Hi, I'm Edgar and I hope you are well! It will be a pleasure to share with you a little about me.Yeah! It is true! I made a career migration a few years ago and today I feel that I make a difference in the projects, in addition, I am very proud of the challenge that was to win this process. I invested in education to conquer certifications like PSM I® | CLF® | MGT 3.0 | Agile Leadership | Agile Leader Training | Developing an Agile Team | MBA Agile Project Management and etc, I learned much more with work colleagues, the community and exercising empathy/resilience day after day made me understand that frameworks, techniques are important together with the commitment of the people around us. I would like to aprecciate each work colleagues that help me in the past for each challenge of agile transformation. Tools, Metrics and techniques such as Jira, Planning poker, MoSCoW, STATIK, Burndown and Burnup Chart, Kanban, Scrum XP and etc are also important, however, achieving results and delivering value positively impacting the daily lives of co-workers demonstrating that transparency, safe environments, communication, flows and processes adapted to complex environments, empathy and much more, make people understand the impact of what their activities can provide to our environment and, consequently, their relevance in the evolution of the products that are built. .For all these reasons, my mission (🎯) is to deliver value to customers with a well-built product and to teams in sustainable environments that enable growth.If you need, don't hesitate to send me a message! 😉
