-Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the guest services team, including front desk reception, concierge services, and guest relations.Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with company standards.-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.-Monitor guest service standards and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.-Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions, service issues, and team performance.-Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences.-Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of guest services staff.Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.-Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and handle special requests and arrangements.

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.-Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service excellence.-Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.-Coordinate room status updates with the front desk to ensure timely guest check-ins and check-outs.-Monitor and control inventory, including linens and cleaning supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.-Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.-Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.-Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to foster professional growth and improve performance.-Collaborate with other departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
