Achievements include: ● Closing a negotiation that allowed the company to start fiber operations in 5 new cities, growing existing fiber infrastructure in 8 cities and closing a deal to deploy the first TIER III Edge Data Centers from ATC in Mexico● First sales manager negotiating and closing Small Cells on Pole Sites project at American Tower in the region. This project considered an innovative solution to use Fiber and Pole Sites infrastructure to serve MNOs’ ran densification challenges or to deploy sites where traditional Tower infrastructure is not feasible.● First sales manager negotiating and closing first Macro Pole sites deployment. This solution was considered for specific sites where traditional tower was not feasible to be built and small cells solution did not meet customer’s network coverage challenge. So, Macro Pole sites structures were successfully designed and deployed for the first time at ATC Mexico.● Sales manager co-responsible for negotiating the most relevant bundle offer deal in the region, negotiation considered ensuring new business for the next 3 years with a key account, deploying +1,200 Colocation sites, +300 BTS (Built-to-Suit) sites and +1,100 FTTT services. By working with General Managers and Regional Sales teams contributing to increase revenue growth and market share.● Co-responsible for all KIO Networks Group’s companies general marketing plan and execution, including redIT, KIO Networks, MásNegocio, SM4RT, Dattlas and Wingu Networks.● Leading redIT marketing strategy for both connectivity business units; Carriers and Enterprise, including marketing campaigns and external communications for international Carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Orange, Century Link (now Lumen), Sprint, Telefonica and national Carriers including Alestra, Axtel, Bestel, Marcatel and Maxcom.● Collaboration to create and execute marketing strategy for KIO Networks in the USA.
