A strong school culture is at the center of a just education for all children, and at REACH Academy I spent two years strengthening the operational systems and socioemotional supports for both adults and children. Sor far, we've: implemented Tier 1 supports with over 80% fidelity and Tier 2 with over 50% fidelity across the school, reinvested our staff through a new school vision and mission as well as brought restorative justice and self-care practices through mindfulness and ensuring our school became more trauma-responsive.Throughout the two years in this role, our team's been able to create a coaching team and implement structures and systems to support professional learning communities with focus on cycles of inquiry and data-driven instruction.

I oversaw the planning of school operations and communications of over 200 corps members, 50+ staff members across 5 school sites. I coached 5 school-based managers in a people-centered operational systems building to ensure staff, corps members, and students have a meaningful experience with our summer program
