Conducting online store audits, improving customer experience, planning and implementing online store development strategies, and creating and executing digital marketing strategies. Experience and knowledge in working with Shopify, which was involved in most e-commerce projects that needed development. IT project management and consulting for the implementation of various digitalization products, tools, and ERP systems in companies. Leading project teams of developers, QA, UX/UI specialists and working according to Agile/Scrum, with projects coordinated using Jira.
