- Implementing and maintaining mobile core network systems and infrastructure, including Circuit Switched (CS) and Packet Switched (PS) domain systems such as STP, DRA, GMSC, SBC, HLR/HSS, SMSC, PGW, and GTP Proxy. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of protocols such as MAP, Diameter, SIP, GTP, SIGTRAN, and SMPP, as well as 3GPP standards, which are essential to supporting mobile core network services and features. - Acting as the system owner and administrator for Elisa Polystar systems (Osix and Kalix), responsible for their configuration and maintenance. - Ensuring high availability and performance of the mobile core network, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new services and features on the mobile core network. - Creating monitoring for the mobile core network systems. - Providing technical support and guidance to other teams, such as the Network Operation Center, to ensure the effective delivery of services to customers. - Working with system vendors such as Affirmed Networks, Broadforward, Mobileum, Atrinet, Summa Networks, and HPE.

- Plan and organize 10-16 NOC engineer team work within the shift, who work with mobile and fixed networks in 6 countries- High priority network/service issue troubleshooting and resolution team coordination- Internal procedure creation, improvement, implementation and follow up- Communication with stakeholders during Critical outages- Communication with partners and customers- Mentor for team engineers and specialists

- Surveillance of GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks for 6 countries. Working with NSN, Huawei and Ericsson equipment- CS/PS Mobile Core network surveillance and problem troubleshooting- Different mobile network system monitoring- International carrier traffic problem troubleshooting and communication with international partners.- Important customer service related problem troubleshooting coordination- Educate other colleagues and act as mentor in difficult problem situations- Change management- Fraud management- Roaming issue investigation
