Established cooperation with local governmental institutions to make wifi accessible in schools and smaller cities. Riga managed to gain the status of wifi capital of Europe, thanks to dense coverage of WiFi in the capital of country⦁ Wifi business model development, implementing add sales – from technical, to sales channels, reached 2.5m expositions (from 200k) per months⦁ E-mail service monetization, making it profitable business on its own ⦁ Within internal project for efficiency, lead the project decreasing number of products and simplifying offer portfolio
