Chemi-Pharm AS develops, produces and sells allergen-free disinfection agents, cleaning and maintenance products, and luxury skin care line. AS Chemi-Pharm has developed a special disinfection agents series for medical institutions. Main attention of this series was paid to health preservation and recovery of medical personnel and patients. Series includes hand disinfection, skin disinfection, skin care, disinfection and sterilization for instruments, and disinfection for surfaces. Chemi-Pharm has also developed a special hand cream series, avoiding skin damages and to preserve normal microflora of hands. Chemi-Pharm currently exports to 27 countries all over the world and export makes up more than 70% of the production.

Involved in developing and executing strategies for new products and markets in Europe, Americas (Canada, United States) and Asia. Advised and managed the set up of United States production facility and sales office in Sacramento, California and Reidsville, NC. 2016 & 2017 served as the Area Sales Manager for Asian markets.

Internship/Bachelor thesis projectIntern employee of the company for 6 months developing an East Asian entry strategy for Korea, VietNam, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan markets. Research and strategy paper served as foundation for thesis.

A theoretical company&service that we developed during Junior Achievement project in high school, that we later turned into an actual company. I managed 4 POS (2 in Tallinn and 2 in Pärnu) and a mobile crew of employees, traveling around festivals in Estonia, offering services for the visitors.
