The DigitalFuture Summit at ESMT Berlin is a student organization at ESMT Berlin, which hosts an annual self-organised and financed conference. In 2018 the event connected over 300 participants from more than 120 universities from 70 countries, with 100 representatives from over 50 leading companies.

This was a pro-bono business consulting effort. The goal of our project was to supporting Bean Voyage in ensuring the sustainable livelihood of female coffee producers by providing business training and connecting them with end customers.Our team's final contributions include:Developing a comprehensive financial planning model, used for internal steering as well as investor relations;Conducting a full supply chain analysis, highlighting several points of optimization for shipping quantities;Specifying the nature and mechanics of, as well as consulting on mitigating, various scaling-related implications;Analyzing the financial and operational implications of expanding sales to Europe.

Contributed to the back-end programming of a financial planning tool, winning the DFS Best Finance Award;Automated financial reporting processes in over 80 sub-entities, significantly reducing workload and inaccuracies;Supported the planning, executing, and reporting processes of testing several new digital financial tools and solutions;Consulted on the UI and UX for an internal reporting software package, to be used in over 80 sub-entities.
