This role has also involves job scheduling and dispatching of engineers/technicians to site.Key achievements: • Permit to Work Database: This is a database created by myself to track the permit to work logged by various teams, the database was developed with Microsoft access to make the logging of permit more streamlined and audit-able compared to the previous non audit able Microsoft excel version. The application was approved and now in full use within the business.

We worked with different branches of the business in other to achieve customer satisfaction by liaising with departments responsible.Key achievements: • Pollution Online Form: This was a form created to help facilitate the pollution incident reported by the environmental agency (EA) to the pollution desk; this process was created to eliminate the paper form format which was used to report the incidents to the pollution desk via scanning and emailing. This form made it more of a PDF format created and emailed to the pollution inbox. Unfortunately due to IT issues this was not adopted.
