CurrentDesign-Build Ground-up mixed-use Storage facilities throughout the continental US.Managed projects form concept thru turn over to operations. My team has opened over 2 Million Square feet of ground-up comercial and mixed-use constuction projects over the past five years.• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from Acquisition through closeout and ensures that the owner's expectations, schedule, and profitability objectives are met.• Collaborate closely with design teams, operations, and clients for seamless project delivery.• Work closely with capital deployment team members to execute pursuit projects as well as manage and deliver high profile BTS, strategic land development and complex mixed-use projects.• Coordinate and supervise general contractors, vendors and consultants.• Manage project scope, schedule, stakeholders, and budget to align with company goals.• Submit monthly financial reports and review monthly contractor billing and conduct site visits to verify progress.• Negotiate, manage, and maintain contracts with new and existing vendors.• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment through positive feedback and coaching.• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including qualification and ongoing relationship building.• Develop budgets, define risks and track costs, both hard and soft, for land, infrastructure, and building construction for build-to-suit and speculative developments.• Implement design, construction alternatives, and value engineering opportunities that will drive the project developments without compromising functionality or life cycle costs.• Oversee the selection and management of contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
