My team has opened over 2 Million Square feet of ground-up comercial and mixed-use constuction projects over the past five years.• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from Acquisition through closeout and ensures that the owner's expectations, schedule, and profitability objectives are met.• Collaborate closely with design teams, operations, and clients for seamless project delivery.• Work closely with capital deployment team members to execute pursuit projects as well as manage and deliver high profile BTS, strategic land development and complex mixed-use projects.• Coordinate and supervise general contractors, vendors and consultants.• Manage project scope, schedule, stakeholders, and budget to align with company goals.• Submit monthly financial reports and review monthly contractor billing and conduct site visits to verify progress.• Negotiate, manage, and maintain contracts with new and existing vendors.• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment through positive feedback and coaching.• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including qualification and ongoing relationship building.• Develop budgets, define risks and track costs, both hard and soft, for land, infrastructure, and building construction for build-to-suit and speculative developments.• Implement design, construction alternatives, and value engineering opportunities that will drive the project developments without compromising functionality or life cycle costs.• Oversee the selection and management of contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

LOCAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR Currently managing projects for a medium sized commercial general contractor, focusing on TI and ground-up construction.• Manage projects for the Tenant Improvement and New Construction; participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major construction projects.• Provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and coordinate the production of design plans and construction documents. • Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate. • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction personnel, as well as institutional, state, and local entities. • Review and interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standard.• Initiate design revisions where appropriate; advises consultants and clients as to how best to achieve required results. • Ensure that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with local, state, and federal policies and regulations. • Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client and institutional requirements are being met; prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement, as appropriate. • Inspect, approve, and accept completed projects, ensuring conformance with industry standards, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications. • Project and maintain a positive, professional image that reflects well on the overall organization.
