Radio Physics provides advanced radio solutions to the security and communications markets around the world. Developed with researchers at Manchester Metropolitan University Manchester, UK, MiRTLE® (Millimeter-wave Radar Threat Level Evaluation) is a state of the art concealment detection system that uses advance Millimeter-wave technology to automatically detect threats carried by people with ill intent. The system is the lightest weight active MMW detection system with the longest standoff detection capability in the industry. MiRTLE 30 can detect PBIED's (Personnel Born Improvised Explosive Devices) at a standoff of up to 30 Meters, MiRTLE 10 is a light weight handheld system to detect smaller concealed objects such as guns and knives out to 10 meters.

Responsible for sales, strategy and profit & loss for Digital Barriers North American operations. With a small team of pre-sales and support staff delivering advanced security and surveillance solutions to Federal State and Local Law Enforcement, Department of Defense and commercial organizations throughout North America.

Lead a team of over 200 talented personnel with full P&L responsibility covering business strategy, marketing & sales, engineering, research and development, as well as operations and manufacturing. Grew a $6M business with negative earnings to a $200M business with 18% EBITDA in 4 years, creating one of the largest unmanned ground robotics company in the world.

Performed marketing and sale of research and development (R&D) projects for Department of Defense and prime contractors.

Full P&L responsibility for the $16M Technology Solutions Division, serving defense and commercial customers in the high-tech space. Within 1 year turned around the business from double digit negative margins to profitability for the first time in the companies history.

Program management for commercial aircraft and Department of Defense gas-turbine programs.
