    -Developed Missions/Outreach strategy-I believe that Discipleship/Spiritual Growth and Missions/Outreach are inseparable. Authentic spiritual growth can only occur when both of these essential areas of ministry are present and effective. -Created and implemented a homeless ministry in October 2015 called M2540 (stands for Matthew 25:40). M2540 began, in October 2015, with 5-6 volunteers. There are over 100 today. The M2540 Street Teams minister to the spiritual and physical needs of the local homeless community.•M2540 serves 100 home-cooked meals every Monday night and 100 every Tuesday night. These meals are delivered to the homeless right where they are…in the woods, under bridges, etc. Other life necessities are delivered as well. We have volunteers that organize the meals and I lead the weekly outreaches on the streets.-Developed PrayerForce in November 2016. PrayerForce began in December 2016. A PrayerForce team prays, monthly, over the streets in impoverished areas of Columbus to help bring Jesus to these areas. Jesus brings hope and hope results in life change.-Developed StreetStudy in November 2016 to be launched in February 2017. StreetStudy is a bi-monthly small group bible study geographically located in very close proximity to the bulk of the homeless community. -Manage all aspects of Small Group structure to include recruiting and training leaders, developing and/or finding curriculum, and consistently facilitating a small group.
