Team Engine is an AI-driven, text-first HR and Operations platform for industrial SMB's.

I served as APT's senior team member expanding the firm's presence in the United Kingdom and Europe. My key responsibilities were selling APT's software as a service business intelligence suite to many of the largest retailers in Europe, leading the development of new partnerships and expanding our presence through recruiting and marketing. Before my move to the UK, I led strategy consulting engagements with retail, consumer goods, branch banking and private equity clients -- helping clients apply scientific testing techniques to optimize capital strategy, new concept development, promotions, media, store labor planning, site selection, and store-based goal setting.

I led product management for the software as a service application driving the majority of APT’s revenue. In this role, I guided product and technology vision for a team of 15 engineers and consultants while also managing short term releases and timelines.
