As a Social Media Specialist at Monstercat, I drive the promotion of our brand identity through captivating digital campaigns and activations, aimed at engaging our fans and amplifying Monstercat's social media presence globally. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, I am responsible for executing social content and marketing strategies aligned with Monstercat's brand and music priorities.Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead Monstercat’s social content strategy and execution, including planning, briefing, asset delivery, and content calendar management across multiple owned platforms.- Collaborate closely with the Creative Design team, Project Managers, and other departments to develop engaging video and static imagery that supports Monstercat releases and brand priorities.- Organize live digital events, channel takeovers, AMAs, and other artist-first activations across Monstercat socials.- Partner closely with project managers to conceptualize and execute compelling social media campaigns aligned with frontline releases, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with Monstercat's target audience.- Engage directly with artists to co-create content, from ideation to production, including conceptualizing, filming, acting in, and editing pieces that authentically represent their artistic vision and resonate with fans.- Act as a liaison between artists and internal stakeholders, ensuring that content creation aligns with Monstercat's brand guidelines and strategic objectives while showcasing the unique talents and personalities of the artists.- Craft and refine copy for social channels.- Contribute to the development of Monstercat’s brand stories by pitching narrative threads with corresponding social messaging tie-ins.
