I am the Managing Partner at Barden Ireland, a Partner-led Talent Advisory and Recruitment Firm that covers Accounting & Tax, Financial Services, Legal, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, and Tech recruitment. With over 21 years of experience in the recruitment industry, both locally and internationally, I have a deep understanding of the talent market and the needs of our clients and talent across various industries and sectors.My role in Barden involves leading our emerging Tech Talent Advisory and Recruitment Practice nationally and supporting the founders and other Managing Partners in the day-to-day business of Barden. I am passionate about providing an advisory first service to the Tech community in Ireland while at the same time supporting senior appointments across our other recruitment practices, in particular in the accounting field. I hold an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Personnel from UCC, and an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from UCC. I am a regular contributor to industry publications and platforms as a subject matter expert, a member of the executive committee for the ERF (Employment & Recruitment Federation), and have represented our profession at numerous speaking engagements.
