Financial target achievement as per budget & KPI Target ( Managing Profit ). 3. Cost control & revenue enhancement ( Managing Cost & Expenses ). 4. Ensure proper F&B cost control with minimum. 5. Responsible for customer experience & satisfaction ( Managing Service Excellent ). 6. Responsible for generating extra income from other source / Sales Building ( branding, space selling, in house activity & promotions, advertisements ). 7. Responsible for timely maintenance & upkeep of the property. 8. Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly report to HQ. 9. Responsible ensure proper man power & team training & coaching ( People Management ). 10. Managing Stock : Stock & Inventory Handling ( Ordering, Receiving, Stock Opname & Reporting Variances : Shrinkage, Damage, Lost, Excess, Minus to HO & related department ).
