Control problem solving and maintain customer Color matching and develop color product masterbatch and compound100% P/O release to supplier per MRP report. Release demands pull to supplier daily/weekly. Ensure P/O confirmation from supplier on time (24 Hrs) Do rescheduling / cancellation per MRP report? Ensure no excess buy , buy per MRP report. Provide excess materials qty to MP. Disposition of excess material Responsible for traded goods planning, ordering, scheduling & claims. Maintain optimum inventory to reduce costs. Report any matters that effect delivery schedules. Compile, prepare and analyze Traded Product Analysis Report. Perform any other functions as when required by Manager. Maintain price accuracy in the computer system
