With my deaf parents as my inspiration and my passion for sports, I am committed to using my expertise in recruitment to drive meaningful change in Sporting organisations worldwide. My father, a deaf man without a resume and limited education, successfully secured a position at the AELTC (Wimbledon Tennis) in 1985, where he worked for over two decades. His experience taught me that personal struggles and barriers should not hinder one's ability to achieve their dreams. As a result, I am dedicated to promoting fair and inclusive hiring practices within the sports industry, challenging conventional biases and ensuring that every candidate is evaluated on a level playing field. Alongside Miles Lloyd, I co-founded level= in 2020 to make our vision a reality and to attract a diverse pool of talented individuals to sports organisations globally through our unique talent attraction and process methods.
