Research Assistant in the Molloy Lab; I am currently studying how mycobacteriophages affect pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance in multiple strains of Mycobacteria, including M. chelonae, M. smegmatis, and M. abscessus. I am trained in most basic lab techniques, including aseptic technique, PCR, qPCR, fluorescence and electron microscopy, as well as some bioinformatics (PECAAN, DNA Master).

Laboratory Aide for the various teaching labs at the University of Maine. Charged with creating media and broths for the Microbiology Laboratory course, as well as washing glassware and disinfecting classrooms.
