As the Senior Property Manager at Dirigo Property Management, I manage 10 condominium associations with more than 500 total combined units. I Prepare monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and ten-year capital budgets. I work with many different committees to achieve association goals. I develop and negotiate contract work with independent vendors, maintain insurance requirements for associations and contracted vendors, coordinate the financial re-sale certificates with unit owners, real estate agents and title companies for the sale of units, coordinate and attend monthly board meetings, financial committee meetings, and annual meetings. I also manage all corporate mobile communications, oversee on-site employees, and schedule and organize ten on-call staff employees. I maintain the CMCA and AMS professional management designations.
