Senior Product Manager
CurrentCreate iterative, long-term vision for product areas to satisfy current and future customer needs and coordinate with leadership on multi-year priorities that align with company goalsCollaborate with eastern European design and engineering teams directly through scheduled meetings and async through shared Figma files, Confluence docs and short loom videos to manage all steps of product discovery and development, presenting them with OKRs, new product features, and user issues to resolveGather and process user feedback from support, customer success, and sales, managing insights associated with potential features in order to calculate RICE scoring for prioritizationHypothesize product improvements and solutions to user issues, create compact A/B and multivariate experiments, and analyze results to inform and support product decisionsAnalyze product usage data and customer use-cases to validate hypotheses and prioritize new work through SQL queries in Snowflake for one-off tasks, and coordinate with data team for dashboardsKeep apprised of industry trends and develop new product ideas through market research: from competitor analysis to expanded views into related products and new use-cases with user interviewsCoordinate go-to-market team to align marketing deliverables with product releases by creating internal and external guidance and validating their content for accuracyTrain our support and sales teams on new product offerings, answering questions and offering them use-cases to demo with clientsFurther customer education by creating in-app guidance using AppCues flows, demoing products in webinars, participating in customer calls, and by taking part in interviews on industry podcasts
