About Edie Woelfle

Do you remember that kid in school that had all of their school supplies color-coordinated? That was me. So when I fell into an interim Scrum Master role for a small gaming company, I instantly felt like I had unlocked a whole new level of potential.I started my career as a game developer – my dream since second grade, when I dressed for school as a PS2 game developer in a black t-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and a black baseball cap with a Sony logo. A decade later, after graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Game Design and Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, I moved to Atlanta in pursuit of those dreams. After programming for a few local startup studios, I felt that I had reached a career plateau. Right at that time I was considering moving into more “traditional” software, I was approached to join a startup as the sole engineer. There, I taught myself several new languages and technologies while developing my skillset in project management, client feedback, and managing resources. Eventually, I found my place in Professional Services. I thrived working with business analysts, architects, engineers, quality assurance, and stakeholders - keeping the project moving and the client happy. I like digging deep into my client’s business to identify pain points that can be relieved by technology. I like to work with the technical team to understand how things are being built, and ensure that we’re communicating tradeoffs with our clients so there are no surprises. I no longer have color-coordinated folders, but I do have Jira to keep me and the team organized!Today, I’m a consultant. I want to help you from discovery to deployment - in every aspect of the application. Let me help you with:- Discovery- Project Management- Product Roadmap- Scrum Ceremonies- Client Management- Backlog Grooming… and anything else you might need!Interested?
