As the CEO of Rock Distribution, I oversee the distribution and sales of leading pro audio and musical instrument brands in the Baltic region. With over 15 years of experience in this role, I have built a strong network of dealers, customers, and partners, and have increased the market share and revenue of our company significantly.In addition to my CEO role, I also worked as a strategic development consultant for Sonarworks, a global leader in audio calibration and personalization solutions. With my 15 years of expertise in music, audio recording, and audio engineering, I helped Sonarworks develop and implement innovative strategies to expand their product portfolio, reach new markets, and enhance their customer experience. My passion for pro audio and MI industry stems from my previous role as the VP of Sales and Marketing for JZ Microphones, where I was responsible for representing the manufacturer worldwide and optimizing their product range. During my 12 years at JZ Microphones, I successfully launched multiple new products, established strategic partnerships, and grew their brand awareness and reputation. My mission is to deliver high-quality pro audio and MI products and services to the customers, and to support the growth and development of the industry.
